As an HR Administrator at Geolog Surface Logging DMCC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include managing various HR administrative tasks such as drafting and issuing offer letters, contracts, addendums, and maintaining accurate records in our HRIS Employee Database. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting Global HR projects and policy reviews. You must follow internal guidelines meticulously to ensure high levels of accuracy in all your tasks.

In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing and managing HR documents for assigned regions, keeping employee personnel records updated, preparing HR reports and statistics, conducting preliminary research on HR Projects and Initiatives, as well as assisting with internal communications. You will manage the Internal HR support email and act as the first point of contact for assigned employee groups. Data entry into the HRIS system to maintain global data integrity will also be part of your duties. Adaptability is key as duties and responsibilities may be modified within the job scope to accommodate business needs.
