As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing cash flow management, establishing KPIs for budgeting and costing functions, preparing annual budgets, analyzing product costs against standards, and developing solid costing systems. Additionally, you will lead financial forecasting efforts to support strategic planning initiatives and ensure accurate monthly accounting closes while providing detailed financial analysis to senior management for informed decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with various levels within the organization to develop reports that support business decisions with accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics (MBA preferred) with 10-15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. A minimum of 5 years in a financial management role within the Retail industry is required. Fluency in English is essential, along with strong knowledge of financial software (ERP MS Dynamics 365 AX preferred), management reporting systems, and automation tools. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent are highly valued.
