The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of large-scale EPC projects exceeding $100 million. They will lead and manage project teams, develop strategic plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, monitor project performance, and represent the company at industry events.
