The RSO Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation, control and compliance of all Retail Standard Operating Policies & Procedures; ensuring in-store presence to gather pain points and report back to RSO team. Responsibilities include raising LPOs, sending contracts for signature, updating trackers, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, handling marketing events permits, reviewing store audits, placing orders for supplies and professional use items, managing e-commerce tasks, investigating issues raised by teams, updating orders tracker, booking deliveries with logistics partners, checking emails from external teams and following up on issues.
