Chief Financial Officer

Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. Key responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, risk management, financial structuring & capital allocation, banking & investment relations, advanced financial modeling & scenario planning, operational efficiency & cost management, and leadership & team development.
