Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, implementation, managing, and running all the finance activities of SAFE, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The CFO will support the CEO in Board liaison and performance reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

Provides economic analyses, studies, and counsel on all matters of potentially significant financial impact to the company, including economic/competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, product line evaluation, and capital additions.
Develop, propose, and implement financial strategies, guidelines, and procedures.
Ensure compliance of the organization's practices with applicable legislation and tax regulations.
Oversee SAFE financial governance, accounting, and reporting standards and policies in alignment with all relevant international standards, regulatory and internal controls, and best business practices.
Lead SAFE's annual budget planning and forecasting processes.
Consolidate SAFE's annual budgets and perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets.
Lead development of all management reports and associated analysis.
Manages costs and monitors revenues. Develops and implements consistent and effective financial controls, policies, and processes across SAFE.
Oversee SAFE's accounting activities and preparation of financial statements.
Monitor cash liquidity of SAFE and ensure optimal allocation and utilization of financial resources.
Enable the effective and efficient use of budgets and provide transparency and accountability of the cost.
Work as a business partner with other departments to ensure business growth and sustainability.
An integral part of the cost approval team by ensuring the organization DoA and policies are complied with


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance, or a relevant field.
MBA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA is extremely essential
15+ years in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.


Required Skills:

Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.

Key Job Requirements:
