[Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Implement a sales plan to build consideration of King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh as a unique, versatile and high-quality option for businesses to host indoor and outdoor events including gala dinners, team building, meetings, staff incentives, conferences, exhibitions and product launches either on a race night or as an exclusive private event. Build awareness and consideration within the corporate sector of race night experiences offering a great place to host and entertain clients, reward staff or network including Private Suite, Exclusive Restaurant hire, all-inclusive experiences in shared networking lounges. Upsell race sponsorship to clients with race night hospitality clients. Identify future opportunities where scheduled major international or local Conferences /Events could incorporate a race night experiences into their itinerary. Work closely with Customer Service team to support account management of these new clients to ensure excellent Venue Hire event planning, delivery and post-event support; and / or excellent race night hospitality experience throughout the customer journey. Help support Event Operations and Marketing to ensure that they effectively develop, competitively price and showcase our MICE proposition. This will include helping develop the delegate proposition across Food & Beverage and Audio-Visual solutions. Support our CRM function to ensure that sales lead generation remains focused, timely and relevant.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, 2 years of which are in managerial role.
