Manager or Senior Manager _ Strategy and Consultancy

About the job Overview Knight Frank is a leading practitioner in global commercial real estate markets and are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Manager or Senior Manager into our Strategy and Consultancy service line which provides strategic analysis on the residential, hospitality, office, retail and industrial real estate markets. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers, and private and institutional investors. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff members, reviewing work for quality output, conducting research for services, liaising with sub consultants, contributing to business development through proposal writing and attending network events. Skills required include excellent communication skills, market research experience, understanding of macro-economics in the Middle East region, report writing abilities, flexibility towards travelling etc.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a consultancy capacity within real estate industry, preferably in the Middle East.

• - Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing and financial modelling skills.
• - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
