Manager or Senior Manager _ Strategy and Consultancy

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Manager or Senior Manager to join our Strategy and Consultancy service line in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for offering valuable insights on residential, hospitality, office, retail, and industrial real estate markets to (semi) government entities, developers, private investors, and institutional clients.

As the Manager or Senior Manager _ Strategy and Consultancy at Knight Frank MENA, your key responsibilities will include mentoring junior staff members, ensuring the quality of work output by reviewing their tasks, conducting research to provide market-driven advice with project deliverables accountability, undertaking feasibility studies, liaising with sub consultants when necessary for project delivery success. You will also collaborate with internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports and identify cross-selling opportunities within regional and global teams. Moreover, you will contribute to business development through proposal writing and attending networking events while maintaining goodwill with clients.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of consultancy experience in the real estate industry ideally within the Middle East region. A bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration is required along with expertise in market research, financial feasibility analysis, and development recommendations. Strong communication skills are essential as well as proficiency in report writing and financial modeling. Additionally, you should be adaptable to fast-paced environments and possess a good understanding of regional business culture along with fluency in English (Arabic is advantageous). Flexibility towards travel is expected.
