The Project Director at Mace will be responsible for leading the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction, monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives. They will act as the relationship owner and primary contact for executive team engagement, ensuring efficient governance to achieve strategic priorities. The Project Director will also be accountable for defining an appropriate programme delivery environment, assembling the right project team, improving performance from bid baseline, managing key client relationships, overseeing programme implementation, and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme compliance standards. They will serve as the public face of the programme to external stakeholders and focus on delivering programme benefits and outcomes.
