The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for supporting the deployment and maintenance of network and AV systems for live training events across the EMEA region. This includes setting up and configuring network devices, maintaining audio-visual equipment, identifying and resolving network issues during events, providing technical support for various platforms, conducting daily system checks, responding to incidents, delivering Service Desk support, collaborating on issue resolution, assisting with equipment maintenance and upgrades, configuring laptops for employees, and more.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in network and AV systems deployment and maintenance.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network devices such as routers, switches, access points
• Experience with audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot network availability and performance issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Service Desk support experience
