We are currently seeking a dedicated Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be based remotely in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in team leadership, business growth, and company optimization.
As the Strategy & Operations Manager at MMG, your primary mission will be to drive profit by cultivating a high-performance team environment, refining processes, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance company value and market position. You will lead a diverse team across functions such as HR, Finance, Administration, Marketing, and Sales to achieve annual goals while proactively addressing challenges.
Your responsibilities will include streamlining processes to improve efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making purposes, setting clear objectives for talent growth aligned with MMG's values, identifying strategic partnerships for business growth opportunities both locally and internationally.
In addition to your core responsibilities as a Strategy & Operations Manager at MMG's Sand Circus division, you'll also be expected to possess competencies such as strong bilingual communication skills (English & Arabic), attention to detail in all tasks undertaken (Zero Defect Standards), proactive thinking abilities coupled with autonomy in work execution.
