We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the processing functions for a leading industrial recycling company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing processing functions across multiple branches to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, process optimization, team development, production planning, safety compliance, continuous improvement initiatives and more. The candidate must have a proven track record in metal recycling and process engineering with strong communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required with Arabic language proficiency as an advantage.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years experience in Metal Recycling, Ferrous, Non Ferrous Processing, Scrap Handling, Manufacturing Management, Process Engineering in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
