Estimate project timelines and deadlines, and create schedules using programs and applications for developing work plans. These plans include scheduled tasks, execution periods, and available resources for each task. Manage the cost and resources required for project completion, including planning and managing human resources, materials, equipment, and technicians. Estimate expected costs with cost engineers and relevant engineers. Prepare and implement a stakeholder engagement plan for all parties involved in the project, ensuring a foundation for distributing information and updating the project’s progress. Prepare, present, and archive specialized documents and reports related to engineering work and projects, including progress percentages, and store them in the database according to approved policies and procedures. Manage the operations team and achieve the required operational targets.
