Roles & Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations. • Ensure a safe working environment in alignment with Sushi Sushi s OHS standards. • Report all accidents, incidents, or potential hazards to the designated supervisor. • Assist in identifying and resolving potential workplace hazards. • Consistently exhibits positive safety behaviors and adheres to Sushi Sushi s safety guidelines and operational practices. • Reports all accidents, incidents, and foreseeable or preventable hazards. • Actively participates in hazard resolution efforts. Assistant Restaurant Manager • Supports the Store Manager in leading a team of Level 1 Employees (Sushi Artisans) to deliver exceptional customer service and world-class sushi. • Assist in managing and motivating a team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. • Ensure that products are presented fresh and appealing throughout the day. • Foster a fun and engaging work environment while maintaining high standards.
