Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the FMCG,B2B and Horeca industries.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and establish competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, forecasting, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote new products.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG or Horeca sectors, with a focus on Hygiene & Cleaning products.
