Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closing of facility maintenance projects. This includes supervising maintenance activities, managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, organizing project meetings, developing project documentation, training team members, collaborating with procurement, performing quality assurance checks, and analyzing project outcomes post-completion for optimization opportunities.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management in facility maintenance or related field.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
