Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budget
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control measures
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, presentations to senior management and project sponsors.
Some experience involving tunnel excavation / mining works on projects could also be beneficial.
Knowledge of rock excavation & rockfall mitigation would be helpful.

Key Job Requirements:

• >25 years of proven experience in project management, preferably with PMC and Consultant background.
• Successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• - Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• - Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
