As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading service on the floor by recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating your team to ensure they have the necessary skills and motivation to excel. You will oversee the food preparation and presentation process to maintain high-quality items that adhere to the brand's standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing service standards, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations according to brand guidelines.
In this role, you will be expected to review daily reports such as wastage sheets, sales reports, logbooks, and requisition forms while submitting them to the Operations Manager. You will also handle customer interactions by greeting them when needed, ensuring an excellent dining experience, and addressing any complaints effectively. Furthermore, you will be involved in promoting and handling catering orders for banquets/receptions as well as overseeing take-away orders.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management along with 5-6 years of experience in F&B Operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic is considered a major plus. Proficiency in MS Office is also essential for this role.
