Roles & Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers in the ELV industry. This role involves delivering projects timely, preparing reports, training the team on best practices, identifying risks, and addressing conflicts. The ideal candidate should have at least 7-8 years of GCC experience in the ELV industry.

Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 – 8 Year GCC experience required in ELV Industry.
  • B.E background with good interpersonal skills.
Skills:
  • - Technical knowledge of VMS, PSIM, Access Control, Automation
  • - Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team
  • - Project management skills and ability to deliver projects efficiently
  • - Understanding of industry regulations and norms (SIRA, MCC)
  • - Proficiency in Autocad and MS Project
