As the Procurement and Planning Manager, the role will be responsible to create, implement and manage the infrastructure of negotiating and liaising with local and international suppliers/vendors. The main objective is to develop robust procurement sourcing strategies that are cost-effective while ensuring long-term success. Responsibilities include building and leading the Procurement and Demand Planning team, strengthening relationships with suppliers, analyzing market trends for demand forecasting, managing stock levels efficiently, reviewing inventory reports, and collaborating with stakeholders for product lifecycle plans.
The Procurement Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing costs through negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing, trade deals, delivery schedules, and SLAs. They also oversee stock aging, monitor stock levels regularly, and conduct demand-supply reviews to meet business needs. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive operational profitability.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
