Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, manage ,maintain and monitor 'Project Programme' and manage multiple MEP works packages in parallel. Develop a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project in conjunction with the Project Manager/ Project Director. Evaluate and report Project progress/ performance. Analyze, evaluate and forecast current status against established Baseline/ Target Programme. Baseline management, resource/cost loading and cash flow integration. Establish and communicate cost & schedule Baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective actions, where necessary. Manage the contractual process of the projects during execution period and report to the Higher Carry out risk management activities and propose suitable mitigation measures Management. Liaise with all the Departments and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information. Coordinate and liaise with other members of the team, consultants, and clients to ensure efficient running of daily operations. Generate monthly reports with Client's Representatives and identify, assess, monitor, and report risks within the project, Prepare adhoc risk management reports as when required.
Review documentation relating to: schedule and cost for all MEP provisions. Carry out claims management delay analysis such as preparation of EOT claims, production rate analysis, work cycle analysis etc., as required Preparation of EOT analysis using delay analysis techniques, TIA window analysis etc., Carryout all duties tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
