We are currently seeking an Executive - Human Resources to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various key functions within the HR department. This includes manpower planning based on sales growth and productivity targets, monitoring budget vs actuals, maintaining people cost % against agreed budget/target, driving nationalization and diversity initiatives, and preparing standard HR metrics/dashboard to highlight areas of focus based on insights.

In addition, the Executive - Human Resources will have end-to-end responsibility for talent acquisition processes. This involves sourcing profiles from various job portals and platforms like LinkedIn/ATS, generating leads for critical roles across the UAE territory, coordinating with line managers for interviews and feedback collection from candidates, processing offers and joining through ORC (Online Recruitment Center), as well as conducting reference checks for selected candidates when required.
