We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying client requirements, delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to individual needs, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (preferred), along with a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry or similar sector. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results-oriented with excellent time management skills.

This full-time position may require occasional weekend or evening work as needed. Travel up to 30% may be necessary for client visits or industry events.
