Job Description: The Financial Controller will lead the hotel's financial strategy, operational performance, financial reporting, internal controls optimization, team management & development, capital expenditure review and building relationships with 3rd parties. They will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and cross functional Executive Team to drive the performance of the hotel.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level in driving hotel finance performance, strong technical accounting, finance & taxation skills, preparation of management & statutory reporting, knowledge of hotel internal controls and budget process.
Skills:
  • - Strong technical accounting, finance & taxation skills
  • - Team Management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Knowledge of systems implementation and software like Sun, Opera & Micros
