OK Mobility is a Spain based car rental company and currently expanding its business in UAE. We are currently looking to hire a Financial Analyst , having good exposure in rent a car business. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for a newly established car rental and leasing business. This position will be responsible for developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in the automotive rental or leasing industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and forecasting. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills:
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Familiarity with industry-specific KPIs such as fleet utilization depreciation and cost per mile. Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models forecasts budgets tailored to the car rental and leasing industry. Profitability Analysis: Assess revenue streams operational costs profitability of different rental leasing offerings. Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments in fleet expansion technology upgrades market opportunities. Market Research: Conduct financial analysis on market trends competitor pricing strategies customer demand. Risk Management: Identify mitigate financial risks associated with the car rental leasing operations including depreciation asset management. Reporting: Prepare present financial reports to senior management highlighting key financial]
