We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented Project Director / Project Value Improvement Lead to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Project Director at Parsons, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and direction for significant infrastructure and utilities projects. Your responsibilities will include guiding approvals to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget while adhering to contractual obligations. You will be tasked with planning program goals, developing strategies to achieve them, and gaining a deep understanding of client objectives and corporate policies.

In this role, you will oversee the design, coordination, and construction phases of major projects involving road and utilities infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of Project Value Improvement (PVI) across the entire DMT Programme by integrating PVI principles into project delivery processes. Experience with large-scale projects in congested urban environments with complex traffic management issues and utility relocations is highly advantageous for this position.

Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from a recognized university, with a preference for a Master’s Degree. Chartered Engineer status or relevant certifications such as PMP/ChPP are desirable qualifications. A minimum of 20 years of experience in leadership roles on significant large-scale projects is required, along with prior experience in major civil infrastructure projects. Strong communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
