[Job Description: Responsible for the direction and performance of the Project PMC team for the construction management and other site Services with respect to their assigned EPC Contract. Manage, monitor, and control the EPC Contractor's construction team with respect to safety, cost, schedule, quality, and material control through completion of the construction activities. Implement an effective construction safety program, assist in maintaining management systems, advise on project developments affecting HSE, costs, schedule or quality. Monitor adherence to approved schedules by Contractors. Maintain risk register for potential risks during construction phase. Assist in administering EPC Contract terms & conditions. Review staffing plans; establish communications flow; monitor progress & productivity; provide progress reports; participate in constructability reviews; coordinate activities with Engineering Manager. Desired Candidate Profile: B.Sc./equivalent degree in engineering/construction management; 15-20 years' relevant experience; industry expertise; understanding of engineering/procurement/construction processes.
