As the Financial Controller for Business and SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative), you will spearhead financial operations related to business performance and SG&A activities in the Middle East region. This pivotal role involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to drive strategic decision-making aligned with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading budgeting processes for SG&A expenses and business performance, monitoring actual performance against budgets, overseeing expense tracking and reporting for SG&A costs alignment with financial goals, collaborating with department heads on accurate budgeting plans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR as a financial partner providing strategic recommendations based on analysis.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field along with 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling roles preferably within the automotive industry or multinational environment.
