Operations Manager

Coordinate, manage and monitor the running of all departments in the organization. Ensure efficient running of all organizational departments through effective coordination and monitoring. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among support functions while monitoring and managing support services to improve efficiency. Monitor and authorize all internal and external communication before it is released to staff. Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for the Pilates studio; manage employee relations, performance, and development. Manage the overall operations of the Pilates studio, including class schedules, equipment maintenance, and membership services, ensuring a well-organized and functional club environment.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management within the fitness industry.
• Experience with managing a Pilates studio is preferred.
