[About the job] CADO is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to cultivate and expand customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and maximize account potential to help scale the business to new heights. The Key Account Manager works closely with the Customer Success, Product and Tech Teams to understand customer objectives and needs, recommend tailored gifting solutions that align with their brand and relationship goals. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of luxury and premium brand standards. Responsibilities include establishing long-lasting relationships with corporate customers, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, coordinating gift selection and delivery processes, analyzing customer requirements for product roadmap prioritization, tracking account performance, providing excellent customer service, among others.

Key Job Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or customer relations, ideally in luxury, premium, or corporate gifting industry.
• Proven ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries.
