Our client, a prominent importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally, is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the finance team, driving financial strategies to support business goals and ensure operational efficiency.

In this role, the Finance Manager will lead various sections including GL, Treasury, MIS, costing and Inventory team, AR, AP, Fixed Assets. Working closely with the CFO, the Finance Manager will review financial entries and schedules to minimize errors and ensure accurate reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts. Collaboration with internal audit teams and external auditors is essential to maintain compliance with Financial Reporting standards.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a CPA from US or ACCA, or CA from UK qualifications along with a strong understanding of IFRS standards. With a minimum of 8 years' experience in financial supervisory roles within large FMCG companies such as Finance Director or Financial Controller, the candidate must also have at least 3 years of Audit Experience in one of the Big 4 audit firms. The ability to develop Key Finance KPIs and recommend benchmarks for measuring financial performance is crucial for success in this role.
