We are currently seeking a Financial Remediation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the collection of delinquent Retail liabilities by improving net flows on all products through calling activities across the late bucket portfolio. Your key objectives will include managing departmental cost budgets, providing collection feedback to optimize Credit Policy/Programs, monitoring external agency performance, implementing behavior scorecards and strategies, and training RM collection resources.

As a Financial Remediation Manager at Tanfeeth, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer service while achieving financial targets and contributing to organizational performance. You will be involved in process improvements resulting in cost savings and operational enhancements within collections operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing team members' skills and competencies through training sessions and conducting regular reviews.

The ideal candidate for this position should have over 10 years of collection experience along with a professional qualification in statistics, mathematics, engineering or relevant fields. Strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, data analysis expertise, analytical thinking capabilities, and comfort in liaising with senior government stakeholders are essential requirements for this role.
