Senior Finance Manager

Detailed job description: The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the finance & accounts division of a real estate developer in Dubai. They will oversee capital structure, financing options, cash flow tracking, accounting, financial reporting accuracy, banking relationships, receivables & payables tracking, and providing management with regular updates on company finances. Additionally, they will work closely with senior managers on budget proposals, revenue opportunities, risk management, HR coordination, business performance monitoring, compliance with regulatory entities like VAT and corporate tax laws in UAE. The candidate should have extensive experience in accounting and financial management practices within the real estate industry.

Key Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role is a must
• Minimum 15+ years proven experience in accounting and financial management practice with at least 5 of them in UAE.

• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS standards
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software such as SAP or Oracle Netsuite
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
• Ability to manage finance personnel and financial IT systems effectively
