Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for driving and leading a stylish home-grown brand within the UAE. This role involves maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals while ensuring efficient restaurant operations and high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, building and developing teams, and creating the ultimate guest experience.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-service, fine or casual dining restaurant management experience
• Experience within homegrown brands highly desirable
