[About the job] Account Manager maintain and develop assigned accounts to ensure positive client experience, renewal, and maximize profitability through daily account management. Responsibilities include acting as the account lead for assigned accounts, maintaining good long-term relationships with clients, anticipating future needs and challenges, leading client meetings/calls, providing effective solutions to client challenges, negotiating renewals, supporting new business implementation, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in account management within a Financial Services environment, excellent customer focus, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
