Finance Manager

[About the job] We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who can join our team. Key Responsibilities: Monthly book closing & MIS reporting; Financial Planning & Analysis; Cost Management; Cash Flow Management; Compliance & Internal Controls; Financial Operations; Business Partnering; Risk Management.

Key Job Requirements:

• 7–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced industry is preferable.

• - Strong leadership and team management skills.
• - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• - Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• - Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• - Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• - Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and regulations.
