With at least five years of experience in restaurant management, the ideal candidate will drive sales, maintain high food quality standards, and foster a positive work environment.

The Restaurant Manager's responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for efficiency and quality, managing and training staff to deliver excellent customer service, developing operational policies and procedures, monitoring inventory levels, preparing and managing budgets to meet financial targets, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations through regular inspections, handling customer complaints professionally, coordinating with suppliers for high-quality ingredients' availability, planning promotional events to attract new customers, and analyzing sales reports for improvement opportunities.

The preferred candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilities. They should have proven experience in the food service industry as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, financial acumen for budgeting purposes, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed, passion for culinary arts with a commitment to quality are essential qualities we seek.
