About the job My client are a well established construction company that work on high-end, high-rise residential schemes. Following an influx on work, they are looking for a Project Director to join them in leading a high-rise commercial scheme based in Manchester! Duties will include: Managing a new build largescale apartment scheme, Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme, Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set, Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times, Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors, Quality control. Reporting into the Construction Director.

Key Job Requirements:

• Proven history of working on projects through to completion, experience managing multioccupancy projects
