Your expertise in lean management will be crucial as you implement the MCC lean framework and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will streamline workflows to enhance overall performance while focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery (SQCD) metrics.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in Operations/Lean Management with P&L responsibility at the plant level. You must be adept at implementing complex Lean principles in manufacturing operations and achieving KPI goals related to supply chain costs reduction and inventory improvement. Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
