The Role:
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our client's manufacturing site. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing processes from design through to the final product. Working closely with departments such as laser cutting, bending, sheet metal fabrication, logistics, and production, your leadership will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth strategy while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across customer service, logistics, production, and sheet metal fabrication to ensure seamless business functions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational strategies with growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team to create a positive work environment conducive to efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards in quality, safety, and service.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take a hands-on approach in addressing operational challenges to ensure ongoing success.
