The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience as a Factory Manager in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment. They should possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Additionally, candidates should have experience implementing process improvements, managing budgets and production schedules efficiently while ensuring safety compliance and quality assurance standards are met. A background in manufacturing, engineering or technical operations would be highly regarded.
