We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and oversee operations at our Angle Vale and Taylors Road facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering employees, driving excellence across the workforce, optimizing cost efficiency, and minimizing waste. Working closely with senior management, you will design and implement LEAN process strategies to ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of operations.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in identifying and justifying capital investments that contribute to the financial stability and growth of the company. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing plant operations, supervising Production Managers and Team Leaders, managing capital projects and budgets, implementing best practices for efficiency enhancement, ensuring GMP compliance, fostering talent development through training and succession planning, championing safety initiatives in the workplace, and maintaining high-quality standards.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in operations management within a production setting who possess strong leadership skills, expertise in optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost control, knowledge of GMP standards and quality assurance practices, experience in capital project management and continuous improvement strategies.
