In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding all aspects of Engineering Supply Chain operations with a focus on strategy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Leading a team of over 170 employees, you will drive innovation to deliver exceptional service across Qantas Engineering's supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include building strong supplier relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing inventory management, warehousing logistics, total cost of ownership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as CASA.
As the Head of Commercial Operations and Supply Services at Qantas, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for the company's supply chain to align with its long-term vision. You will work closely with Finance and other stakeholders to deliver commercial initiatives while managing relationships with key suppliers like Boeing and Airbus. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior leadership experience in supply chain operations, strong stakeholder management skills, proven change management capabilities, expertise in business transformation and continuous improvement.
