Role Overview
As the Finance Manager, Operations and Manufacturing, you will report directly to the CFO. You will drive forecasting, and budgeting, monitor costs and profitability, and provide reporting to cross-functional teams that will inform decision-making process'.
As this business continues to grow, you will provide ad-hoc financial and commercial support to a variety of projects. You will directly manage an Operations Accountant and help drive value back into the business.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
Management and financial reporting
Analysis of financial performance against key business metrics and provide insights to support decision making.
Develop and manage costing models.
Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as the Procurement Manager, Engineering Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Manager, and the broader Finance Team
Lead and manage the Operations Accounting, and nurture a high-performance work environment, undertake performance reviews and
Candidate Profile
You are degree qualified Accountant, with a CA/ CPA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills and an ability to interpret complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insights.
You will have advanced MS Excel skills.
You will possess confident, engaging, and compelling communication skills.
