As the Head of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading the ongoing development of our SaaS platform. This multifaceted position will involve 40% development, 40% product management, and 20% project management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing development teams in an enterprise SaaS environment, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful projects.
The desired technical skills for this role include being hands-on with .Net Core, Python, Blazor, Azure DevOps, as well as architecting highly scalable systems across mobile and web platforms. You should also excel at developing integrations with third-party systems, managing cloud-based infrastructure, prototyping solutions for mobile and web, and leading offshore development teams. In addition to technical skills, we value soft skills such as teamwork, excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
