As a Production Manager at Segen, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production staff to ensure smooth shift operations. Your role will involve monitoring production schedules, labor efficiency, and workflow optimization while enforcing food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards such as HACCP, GMP, and SQF. You will collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to prevent downtime and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity.
