Middle East Sales Director
Orpheus Partners Limited is a global Private Markets’ specialist which connects investors with a diverse range of high-quality fund managers across various asset classes and strategies. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales director to join our team and expand our presence in the Middle East Region.
Orpheus Partners is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team based in London and Bahrain. The successful candidate is likely to be GCC based.

This role would especially appeal to an individual who sees the attraction of being able to select the managers they would like to represent rather than being tied to in-house product.

As a sales director, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow our client base and revenue in the Middle East market.
• Leveraging your existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, and intermediaries to introduce and sell our strong selection of fund managers provided by Orpheus Partners and, significantly, our digital platform, OpusInvest.com.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and prospects, and providing them with excellent service and support.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the Region.
• Representing Orpheus Partners at industry events and conferences, and promoting our brand and value proposition.
• Collaborating with internal resources, such as marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• At least 7 years of proven sales experience in the asset management industry, preferably in the Middle East.
• A strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers and allocators in the Region.
• A deep understanding of the investment landscape and the needs and preferences of Middle Eastern investors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to different cultures and environments.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
