Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our new flagship store in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
Manage inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and visual merchandising to optimize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Recruit, train, and develop store staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize performance.
Foster strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and driving repeat business through personalized service and engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the regional management team to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive traffic and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Bahraini national is a plus
