Marketing and Sales Director

Roles & Responsibilities
A large and premium water park facility in Bahrain is looking for an Marketing & Sales Director to:

Develop and execute innovative marketing plans to drive brand recognition and market penetration.
Successfully plan, implement and lead long-term marketing-PR strategies.
Lead the development of compelling messaging and positioning that effectively communicates our value proposition to target audiences.
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
Manage all aspects of digital marketing including website optimization, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Ensuring corporate branding standards and legal compliances are met.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with graphic design team to ensure the organization brand is visually represented according to the highest standards of creativity, quality.
Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, videos, etc.
Maintain budget control and oversee media placement schedules in markets.
Set sales targets and goals for the team and monitor their progress.
Work closely with sales representatives to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue tracking.
Determine overall marketing communications campaign.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute various marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing
