Roles & Responsibilities
A large and premium water park facility in Bahrain is looking for an Marketing & Sales Director to:
· Develop and execute innovative marketing plans to drive brand recognition and market penetration.
· Successfully plan, implement and lead long-term marketing-PR strategies.
· Lead the development of compelling messaging and positioning that effectively communicates our value proposition to target audiences.
· Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
· Manage all aspects of digital marketing including website optimization, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
· Ensuring corporate branding standards and legal compliances are met.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
· Work closely with graphic design team to ensure the organization brand is visually represented according to the highest standards of creativity, quality.
· Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, videos, etc.
· Maintain budget control and oversee media placement schedules in markets.
· Set sales targets and goals for the team and monitor their progress.
· Work closely with sales representatives to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue tracking.
· Determine overall marketing communications campaign.
· Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute various marketing initiatives.
· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing
